About
David Kushner built his fanbase almost entirely through TikTok, and the numbers back it up: 556 million streams within a single year of releasing music. His 2022 single "Miserable Man" hit the top 40 in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, while peaking at number 11 in Norway. The follow up "Mr. Forgettable", written from the perspective of an Alzheimer's patient, struck a nerve with listeners sharing their own experiences of being forgotten. Both tracks landed on his debut EP Footprints I Found. Then came "Daylight" in 2023, which sparked its own viral TikTok trend and eventually won him the Grand Prize at the International Songwriting Competition. The song anchored his debut album The Dichotomy, released in 2024. He has toured as an opening act for Lauv and Dean Lewis, and headlined his own Daylight 2.0 tour. His second EP, 20 Years from Now, dropped in early 2025, with a second album already on the way.
