About

DRIPPIN came out of Woollim Entertainment in 2020, and most of the lineup had already been through Produce X 101 before their debut. Junho even made it into the project group X1 from that show. The rest released a single as W Project 4 before the group proper debuted with the EP Boyager that October. Since then they've built a run of EPs and single albums, including the Villain series that peaked with their first studio album, Villain: The End, whose lead single "The One" leans on drum and bass. They also made a Japanese debut with "So Good" in 2022. Sales have climbed too: "Beautiful Maze" moved over 120,000 copies in three days, and the summer fairytale themed "Weekend" topped 190,000 in its first weeks, a new personal best. The group now carries on as a six piece after Alex's departure in 2023.
