Best known for the genre blending banger "American Boy" with Kanye West, Estelle has built a career on refusing to stay in one lane. The Hammersmith born singer pulls from R&B, soul, reggae, grime, hip hop and dance in a way that feels genuinely her own rather than a calculated crossover move. That 2008 collaboration hit number one in the UK and took home Best Rap/Sung Collaboration at the Grammy Awards, putting her on the map internationally after a solid run in the UK scene that included a MOBO Award for Best Newcomer. Her albums range from the UK focused debut The 18th Day, shaped in part by mentor John Legend, through to Shine and All of Me, the latter featuring the Grammy nominated single "Thank You". Beyond music, she voiced and sang as Garnet in the animated series Steven Universe across multiple seasons, a film and a follow up series, showing real range as a performer. These days she also hosts The Estelle Show on Apple Music, which has clocked well over 500 episodes.
