Frank Anthony & The Memphis Mafia

About

Frank Anthony has spent more than forty years on stage as an Elvis Presley tribute singer, backed by The Memphis Mafia, a full live band of seasoned roots musicians. He comes from Oss, where he has built up a loyal local following. His shows aren't impersonation nights. He reaches for the whole arc of Elvis's career, from the young rock 'n' roll singer out of Memphis to the jumpsuit era star, and likes to dig into the rawer period between 1968 and 1972 and the lesser known Las Vegas songs alongside the big hits. Over the years he has turned up on Dutch television and in commercials, played Lowlands several times, and sung A Little Less Conversation with JXL on 3FM. He has toured more than twenty Dutch theatres and taken his Elvis show to the United States, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France and Italy.
