About
George Birge spent several years as one half of country duo Waterloo Revival before going solo in 2021, and things moved fast once he did. A TikTok push from fellow country artist Clay Walker led to "Beer Beer, Truck Truck" going viral, which got Birge signed to Records Nashville almost overnight. His debut single on the label, "Mind on You", climbed all the way to number 2 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, and the follow up "Cowboy Songs" went all the way, hitting number one in 2024. Before he was in front of the mic himself, Birge was quietly racking up cuts from the likes of Matt Stell, Chris Lane, and Rascal Flatts member Gary LeVox, plus two singles recorded by Clay Walker. That songwriting backbone clearly feeds into his own work.
