Chicago's George N. Andros, who records as Georgie Porgie, has been a consistent force in house music since the mid 1990s, racking up five number one hits on the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart over roughly a decade. His first chart topper came in 2002 with "Love's Gonna Save the Day", written as a direct response to the 9/11 attacks, and he followed it up with "I Love I Love" in 2003 and "Sunshine" in 2005. The UK also took notice, with three entries on the Singles Chart including "Everybody Must Party" and "Take Me Higher". His run at the top of the US dance chart continued with "I Believe" in 2007 and "Can You Feel That Sound" in late 2008, cementing his reputation as one of Chicago house's most reliable hit makers. He also teamed up with Joi Cardwell for the duet "It's Over" in 2006, showing a knack for collaboration alongside his solo work.
