About
Gerard and Rosanne Alderliefste are uncle and niece who share both a family bond and a deep passion for music. Gerard has spent around thirty years performing French chansons, transporting audiences to the atmosphere of sun drenched French village squares. Rosanne made her theatrical debut in Gerard's programme Une belle histoire, where she quickly impressed with her singing, dancing, charisma and command of the French language. Their joint show Dans la famille brings the two together for solos and two voice duets in both French and Dutch, alongside candid conversations about doubt, personal growth and happiness. It is a programme that showcases not just their musical range but also the warmth of their relationship as family members and performing partners.
