About
Also known as: 갓세븐
GOT7 were put together by JYP Entertainment as a seven piece with an international bent, and you can hear and see it in everything they do. Their live shows lean on martial arts tricking and street dance, which set them apart from the start. They debuted in January 2014 with the EP Got It?, which hit number one on Billboard's World Albums Chart and number two on the Gaon Album Chart. They moved fast. Within a year they had a Japanese debut single, "Around the World", and a first full album, Identify, that topped the Korean charts. "Just Right" became their biggest hit, and the Flight Log trilogy that followed produced chart toppers, with Flight Log: Arrival becoming their first release to sell over 300,000 copies. The members are Mark, Jay B, Jackson, Jinyoung, Youngjae, BamBam and Yugyeom, and they left JYP in January 2021 after their contract ended.
