Haley Reinhart's cover of Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling in Love" was the kind of viral moment that changes a career. Used in an Extra Gum commercial, it cracked the US Adult Contemporary chart and eventually went platinum, earning her a Cannes Lion and a Clio Award. That knack for wringing genuine feeling out of classic material has defined her whole trajectory, from placing third on American Idol's tenth season to touring with Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox, where her jazz take on Radiohead's "Creep" spent 58 consecutive weeks on Billboard's Jazz Digital Songs chart. She's built a proper catalogue since then. Her soul leaning runs through four studio albums, with Lo Fi Soul from 2019 being the most recent full length, and she's also found a second life as a voice actor, playing Bill Murphy in the Netflix animated series F Is for Family.
