About
In Good Spirit formed at the Minerva Academy in Groningen, bringing together three people from three different countries. That international mix feeds into their sound: a dark, feverish take on folk music built around two distinct voices that somehow lock together with total ease. Honesty and raw expression matter more to them than polish, and that philosophy shaped how they recorded their debut album, Comfort on its Knees, which they captured entirely live.
