Foivos Delivorias has been one of Greece's most distinctive indie rock and pop voices since the late 1980s, when he walked into Manos Xatzidakis's office at fifteen with a cassette of songs and walked out with a record deal. His debut came out in 1989, and over the following decades he built a catalogue that ranges from scrappy rock to more introspective pop. Albums like 'Ο Αόρατος Άνθρωπος' (The Invisible Man) and 'Καλλιθέα', named after his home neighbourhood in Attica, show a songwriter comfortable sitting with personal detail and urban texture. His 2022 album 'Anime' is his most recent studio record, but he has also kept things lively with 'Η ταράτσα του Φοίβου' (The Roof of Phoebus), an ongoing series of rooftop sessions that brings fellow Greek artists into his orbit for informal, intimate performances. Recent uploads from 2024 and 2025 show those sessions still going strong.
