About
Founded in south London, the Jesse Garwood Band is a British blues rock trio built around frontman and guitarist Jesse Garwood. By the age of eighteen, Garwood had already made a name for himself across the UK, cutting his teeth at jam sessions with British blues legends Nine Below Zero in his hometown of Charlton, southeast London. That dedication earned him a nomination for Young Blues Artist of the Year at the UK Blues Awards 2025. The band's live set blends reworked covers with original material written by Garwood himself, and their energetic performances have put them on stages alongside acts including the Zac Schulze Gang, James Oliver Band, Danny Giles Band, Matt Day and Nine Below Zero. They have also appeared at festivals such as Zwarte Cross and Under the Milky Way in Huissen.
