Jessie Ware has a knack for reinventing herself without losing the thread. The London singer built her reputation on sophisticated, soul tinged pop with her debut Devotion back in 2012, which cracked the UK top five and gave her the swooning standout "Wildest Moments". From there she moved through the R&B leaning Tough Love, which earned comparisons to Prince at his most minimal, to the lush Glasshouse, all while racking up Brit Award nominations and two Mercury Prize nods along the way. The real turning point came with What's Your Pleasure? in 2020, where she leaned hard into disco and dancefloor euphoria to widespread critical praise and a top three UK chart position. Her fifth album That! Feels Good! (2023) kept that momentum going, hitting number three in the UK and making a dent in the US album sales chart. Away from music, she co hosts the podcast Table Manners with her mum Lennie, mixing food, family and good conversation.
