About
Juliette Armanet is one of the most compelling voices to come out of France in recent years, blending chanson française with a sleek pop sensibility that feels rooted in classic French song without sounding nostalgic. Her debut album "Petite amie" earned her the Album Révélation of the Year at the Victoires de la Musique in 2018, putting her firmly on the map as a serious songwriter, not just a pretty voice. Her songs tend to orbit love, longing, and late nights, delivered with a theatrical warmth that owes as much to pop production as to the French chanson tradition. More recently she released "Le dernier jour du disco" and "Qu'importe" in 2021, followed by "Flamme" in 2022, suggesting she has no intention of slowing down.
