About
Levara is a Los Angeles rock trio that pulls together three musicians from three different countries: French vocalist Jules Galli, American guitarist and producer Trev Lukather, and British drummer Josh Devine. Galli built his stage chops touring as a backing vocalist with Jane's Addiction. Lukather, son of Toto guitarist Steve Lukather, has written and produced for acts including Halestorm, Billy Corgan, Dorothy, Hoobastank, Filter and Blind Channel. Devine earned global recognition as the drummer for One Direction before relocating to LA, where the chemistry between the three of them took shape. The band opened for Toto on their European tour in 2019, then signed to Mascot Records and released their debut album in 2021. Unreleased tracks from those original recording sessions feature contributions from Steve Perry of Journey on backing vocals and David Paich of Toto on piano. Live, Levara deal in melodic arena rock built on strong hooks and tight ensemble playing.
