About
Mark Sherry first hit the charts in 2000 with Public Domain, whose track 'Operation Blade' went straight in at No. 5 in the UK. It took Silver in Britain and Platinum in Australia, and the follow up 'Rock Da Funky Beats' featured Chuck D from Public Enemy. The Scottish DJ and producer later stepped out on his own, and his radio show Outburst launched in 2007. Since then he has built a name in trance and tech trance, with releases and remixes for labels like Armada, Spinnin, Detox and Coldharbour. He had three Beatport Trance number ones in 2009 alone, and in 2008 he played the main stage at Trance Energy. His remix of 'Poltergeist' by Indecent Noise and Eddie Bitar in 2013 helped kick off a fresh wave of tech trance that nodded back to the early BXR sound with a modern finish.
