About
Jared Grant is one of the leading soul vocalists in the Netherlands, and the Michael Jackson Project is his tribute to the album that launched Michael Jackson into global superstardom as a solo act: Off the Wall. He performs the show with a seven piece band, bringing the record's grooves to life in full. Grant has also fronted a larger scale Michael Jackson tribute called "This Is Michael…", a two hour production staged at Ahoy that drew more than 12,000 visitors across two editions. Beyond his Jackson work, he has performed at the Ziggo Dome as part of Matthijs Gaat Door, appeared as a guest with the Metropole Orkest during De Avond van de Filmmuziek, toured with the Ray Charles theatre production alongside Sven Hammond's big band, and shared the stage at R&B Oldskool shows with John Williams.
