About
Also known as: NCT 140, NCT NEW TEAM, NCT Tokyo, NCT 도쿄, エヌシーティーニューチーム, 엔씨티 뉴팀
NCT Wish is the last piece of the sprawling NCT puzzle, a six member Japanese and Korean boy band made up of Sion, Riku, Yushi, Jaehee, Ryo and Sakuya. Their members were picked partly through a pre debut survival show called NCT Universe: Lastart, and they spent time as NCT New Team, opening for the rest of NCT at stadium shows in Osaka and Tokyo, before a 28 show pre debut tour across ten Japanese cities. They officially debuted with the single "Wish", released in both Japanese and Korean versions, and landed a music show win on The Show just 21 days later. Since then they have put out the single "Songbird", the EP Steady, a Pokémon Horizons ending theme in "Make You Shine", and their debut album Wishful, which packs their earlier Japanese singles alongside seven new tracks. They also did a remake of Super Junior's "Miracle".
