About
Niek writes his own Nederpop, and he came to it after a long stretch away from the guitar. When he picked it back up, songwriting turned into his way of putting real life experiences into words as honestly as he can, so that listeners can see themselves in them. He has been performing since the summer of 2023, and the setup changes from show to show: sometimes it's just him, sometimes he plays with a band. Either way, the focus stays on the songs and on enjoying himself while playing them.
