Nimino, the project of British producer and DJ Milo Evans, works in that sweet spot where house, hip hop, and garage blur into each other. After releasing his first singles and EPs in 2018, he built a devoted following through tracks like "Opening Credits", "Save a Soul", and "No Sympathy", which he considers pillars of his live sets. The big breakthrough came with "I Only Smoke When I Drink", one of the standout dance releases of summer 2024, landing a Claptone remix and a spot at number 62 on the Triple J Hottest 100. That same year he signed to Ninja Tune's Counter Records imprint. More recently he has dropped "Shaking Things Up" and "Beside Of Me", the latter featuring Maverick Sabre, keeping the momentum firmly going.
