About Noah Kahan

Noah Kahan spent years quietly building a fanbase on TikTok before the world caught up with him. Starting in October 2020, he posted snippets of an unfinished song called "Stick Season", teasing it for two years until the full version finally dropped in July 2022. That slow burn paid off spectacularly: the album of the same name debuted on the Billboard 200, topped the UK Singles Chart and the Australian ARIA Charts, and earned Kahan a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist. Rooted in Vermont folk and pop, his sound shifted noticeably with Stick Season, moving away from the polished pop of earlier records toward something more raw and place specific. The deluxe versions of the album brought in collaborators like Post Malone, Hozier, Kacey Musgraves, Sam Fender, and Brandi Carlile, making it a sprawling, community minded project. Away from music, he founded the Busyhead Project to support mental health resources in Vermont, turning his platform into something with real local impact.
