Parg, the Armenian singer and songwriter born Pargev Vardanian, has been building a distinct pop sound out of Yerevan since releasing his debut single "Ginin u grely" in 2021. He collaborated with fellow Armenian artist Brunette on "Arev Es", scored a nomination at the Armenian Music Video Awards 2024 for "Araj", and picked up critical praise for his single "Kanchum em". His 2024 track "Qo Mot" appeared on the Summer of 84 soundtrack, showing a willingness to stretch beyond straightforward pop. He stepped onto a much bigger stage when he entered Depi Evratesil 2025 with the song "Survivor", winning the Armenian national selection on the back of a first place televote result and strong jury scores. That sent him to the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel, where he represented Armenia and finished 20th in the grand final.
