About
Peter Chattelin is widely regarded as a pioneer of Pink Floyd tribute acts in the Benelux region. He spent years as the creative force behind Pink Project The Band before founding Mister Pink, a project dedicated to the music of Pink Floyd and Roger Waters. That band has sold out multiple shows at Rotterdam's Ahoy, which says plenty about the scale of following he has built. With Mister Pink, Chattelin handles lead vocals, guitar and bass guitar, sitting at the centre of a large ensemble. The group's more recent concerts have brought in the Fletcher Memorial String Quartet, adding orchestral texture to the mix and shifting the sound between intimate string arrangements and full electric power. The song Echoes is a fixture of the set.
