Rev Theory built their reputation largely through WWE, and it stuck. The band from North Andover by way of Long Island made their songs inescapable during the late 2000s: "Light It Up" set the tone for WrestleMania XXIV, "Hell Yeah" became the anthem for One Night Stand 2008, and "Voices" has been Randy Orton's entrance theme since 2008, getting a fresh re release in 2023. "Hell Yeah" also turned up in Madden NFL 09, served as the goal song for the Winnipeg Jets, and scored the opening and closing credits of the Spike TV show Blue Mountain State. The hard rock and alternative rock outfit, formerly called Revelation Theory, has put out five studio albums across two decades, from Truth Is Currency in 2005 through to Salvation Nowhere in 2024. Along the way they racked up tours with Avenged Sevenfold, Breaking Benjamin, Seether, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and plenty more, and their third album Justice debuted at number 75 on the Billboard 200. They are not a band that faded quietly.
