About
Rosemary's Sons built their reputation the honest way, playing every festival and club in the Netherlands until their name meant something. The Breda band blends mainstream pop, rock, and rootsrock, and their debut album All in Hand landed them on the Album Top 100 with the radio friendly single Shine, a duet featuring Ilse DeLange that sat at the top of the Cyber Top 50 for two consecutive weeks. Producer Oscar Holleman, known for his work with Krezip, shaped the record, and the band earned an Edison nomination for best new band of 2002 off the back of it. Their second album St. Eleanor's Park took things in a looser direction, mixing roadsongs with a touch of jazz and glamrock. By the time their third album Home Sweet Home arrived in 2009 on CNR Entertainment, they had brought in guest vocalist Stevie Ann and JW Roy, showing a band that keeps expanding its circle rather than sticking to a formula.
