Ruud Vonken is a guitarist whose hands have been shaping sound for over thirty years. He performs in the duo show Ballades & Breinbrekers alongside fellow guitarist Eddie Franken, a production directed by Frank Groothof. The show moves through classical, blues and pop music in a way that feels more like a journey than a setlist, weaving warmth, humour and a touch of the unexpected into a single flowing evening. Audiences have come away moved, entertained and genuinely surprised by how much ground two acoustic guitars and one voice can cover.
