Sean Paul's 'Get Busy' wasn't just a hit, it was a historic one: the first dancehall song ever to top the US Billboard Hot 100. That 2003 track came off Dutty Rock, his second album, which went on to sell over six million copies worldwide and win the Grammy for Best Reggae Album. It cemented him as the guy who brought dancehall to the global mainstream, and his flow became one of the most recognisable sounds of the 2000s. Since then he has racked up an almost absurd string of massive collaborations. Beyoncé's 'Baby Boy', Sia's 'Cheap Thrills', and Clean Bandit's 'Rockabye' all feature his vocals, with 'Rockabye' alone pulling in over 2.7 billion YouTube views. His own 'No Lie' and 'Temperature' also crossed the billion view mark. More recently he has been back in the mix with tracks like 'No Fear' featuring Damian Marley and Nicky Jam, and a 2025 team up with INNA called 'Let It Talk To Me'.
