About
Set It Off built their early following the old fashioned internet way, through YouTube, before signing with Equal Vision Records and steadily growing into one of the more driven acts in American pop punk and rock. The Tampa, Florida trio, centered on vocalist Cody Carson, guitarist and bassist Zach DeWall, and drummer Maxx Danziger, released their debut full length Cinematics in 2012, which cracked the Billboard 200 and landed at number 4 on the Top Heatseekers chart. From there they kept pushing: Duality in 2014, recorded in Los Angeles with producers including John Feldmann, landed at number 5 on Rock Sound's top albums of the year. After signing with Fearless Records, they dropped Midnight in 2019 and Elsewhere in 2022, then went fully independent. Their self titled sixth album followed in November 2025, cementing a career built almost entirely on their own terms.
