Shakin Mates
Shakin Mates has one upcoming show in the Netherlands: on March 21, 2027 at Noordkade Live, Veghel.
About
Shakin Mates are a four piece band from France who play rock with its feet firmly on the ground: blues and pub rock, played raw and without gloss. Their sound leans on the likes of Bo Diddley, Chuck Berry, Eric Clapton and Sonny Boy Williamson, with a nod to the bigger riff machines such as ZZ Top and AC/DC. The four musicians describe themselves as living on malt, hop and water, and their influences come from both sides of the Atlantic, with roots in the cotton fields of the American South and in the suburbs of London. Everything revolves around the beat, which is why standing still at one of their gigs is a tall order.
