Skindred has one upcoming show in the Netherlands: on March 25, 2027 at Festivalterrein De Molenheide, Schijndel.
About
Skindred have spent more than two decades smashing heavy metal into reggae, and the formula has never really gone stale. The Newport band grew out of the ashes of Dub War, with frontman Benji Webbe teaming up with bassist Daniel Pugsley, guitarist Mikey Demus and drummer Arya Goggin. Their 2002 debut Babylon even topped the US Billboard reggae albums chart, which is not something many metal records can say. They are best known for a ferocious live show, and the trophy cabinet backs it up: Best Live Band at the 2011 Metal Hammer Golden Gods and the Devotion Award at that year's Kerrang! Awards. Albums like Roots Rock Riot, Union Black, Volume and Big Tings kept the momentum going, and Smile fought a tight race for the UK number one spot in 2023. In 2026 they finally got there, as their ninth album You Got This became their first to top the UK Albums Chart.
