About
Alexander Broussard takes audiences on a tour through one of music's most turbulent decades in his show Echo's uit de Sixties. Working through the 1960s year by year, he picks out the standout songs from each and frames them in their historical context, ranging from driving rock and roll to socially engaged singer songwriter material. What sets the performance apart is the mix of formats: Broussard sings, plays piano, and weaves in personal anecdotes that bring the era to life. The result feels less like a tribute concert and more like spending an evening with someone who genuinely knows and loves the period.
