About
SoulXpresso is a five piece cover band that plays soul and funk, old and new, for one simple reason: they think it's the most danceable music around. Their setlist leans on the classics, with songs from Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye, James Brown, Average White Band and Tower of Power, plus plenty of the Stax and Motown catalogue. The lineup is Bas van Dijk on vocals and harmonica, William van der Veen on guitar, Michael Hansen on bass, Rob van der Meijden on keys and Charles van Waalwijk on drums. Five experienced players, one clear goal: keep the groove going and get the crowd moving.
