Stoned Jesus built their reputation on a thunderous blend of stoner metal, doom, and psychedelic rock, piling up eight full length albums since their first release in 2010. Founded in Kyiv by Igor Sydorenko, the band has grown from a Ukrainian underground act into a force with genuine international reach. Their album Seven Thunders Roar is often cited as a landmark, and The Harvest from 2015 kept the momentum going strong. By 2017 they had become the first Ukrainian rock band to tour South America, hitting Chile, Argentina, and Brazil. That same year they played Hellfest, which says plenty about how far they had come. A deal with Napalm Records followed in 2018, and they later moved to Season of Mist. Their output is heavy and hypnotic in equal measure, pulling from sludge, space rock, and psychedelia to create something that hits hard but keeps you drifting.
