Stripped

About

Stripped is a band that plays the songs of the Rolling Stones, and they treat it as a guided walk through the group's long history rather than a simple run of covers. The set leans on the big ones: Paint It Black, Sympathy for the Devil and (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction. The idea is to bring back the raw, high energy feel of the era when the Stones were taking over the world, with the spirit of Mick Jagger and Keith Richards at the centre of it. If you grew up on that catalogue, or you just like loud, swaggering rock with a bit of nostalgia mixed in, this is the kind of act that scratches the itch.
