Kingston, Ontario's The Glorious Sons have built their reputation on a strain of rock that hits hard without losing its melodic edge. Their 2014 debut full length The Union put them on the map with three consecutive top three singles on the Canadian rock charts, capped by "The Contender" reaching number one. That album earned a Juno Award nomination and the band took home Group of the Year at the SiriusXM Indie Awards. They kept the momentum going with Young Beauties and Fools in 2017, which won the Juno Award for Rock Album of the Year. "Everything Is Alright" topped the Canadian Alternative charts and picked up airplay on BBC Radio 1. Their fourth studio album Glory arrived in 2023, backed by the singles "Mercy Mercy" and "Lightning Bolt", showing the band still has plenty of fuel in the tank.
