Twenty number ones on the Country Airplay chart is a genuinely rare achievement, and Thomas Rhett has been racking them up since his debut single "It Goes Like This" topped the chart back in 2013. Working out of Nashville and signed to Big Machine Records' Valory Music imprint, he has built a catalog of seven studio albums that spans warm, groove heavy country pop, with standouts like "Die a Happy Man", which sat at number one for eight weeks, and the reflective title track "Life Changes". He has received four Grammy nominations, including two Best Country Album nods. Rhett is also a sought after songwriter behind the scenes, having co written hits for Jason Aldean, Lee Brice, and Florida Georgia Line, among others. His 2020 collaboration "Be a Light", featuring Reba McEntire, Hillary Scott, Chris Tomlin and Keith Urban, donated all proceeds to COVID 19 relief, and that same year he took home Entertainer of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards.
