About

Also known as: TOMORROW BY TOGETHER, TXT, Tommorow X Together (TXT), 투모로우바이투게더

TOMORROW X TOGETHER came out of the gate fast. Their 2019 debut EP The Dream Chapter: Star hit number one on the Gaon Album Chart and entered the US Billboard 200 at number 140, the highest debut by any male K pop group at the time. The video for lead single "Crown" pulled 14.5 million YouTube views in its first 24 hours, a record for a boy group debut. The five members, Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Hueningkai, were put together by Big Hit Entertainment and go by TXT for short, or Tubatu in Korea. Their first studio album, The Dream Chapter: Magic, followed in October 2019 and mixed R&B, tropical house, acoustic pop and hip hop. It went straight to the top of the Gaon chart too. The group also became the first Korean boy band to headline Lollapalooza in the US, and the first to play it twice. Early on they collected a pile of rookie awards, including Best New Male Artist at the Mnet Asian Music Awards.
