About
Trianon TOP2000 Band is a Nijmegen outfit that does one thing and goes all in on it: playing the songs from the Dutch Radio 2 Top 2000 list. It's a big operation, with fifteen vocalists up front and a ten piece band behind them. The singers don't just cover the songs, they take on the look of the original artists too, with recognisable outfits and performances to match. The set runs for well over three hours, working through the list's best loved tracks in a way that's meant to get the whole room singing and dancing. Local shows keep selling out year after year, including at LUX in Nijmegen, and the band has built a reputation as one of the largest Top 2000 acts in its region.
