About
Union Duke is a five piece band from Canada that plays bluegrass and folk, built around big group harmonies, driving rhythms and a contagious energy. The members have grown up together as a band, from their youth into adulthood, and that shared history has helped them carve out a place of their own within the Canadian music tradition. They have three full albums behind them, plus plenty of singles, a long list of festival appearances, thousands of records sold and hundreds of thousands of kilometres driven on the road. During a break in the Covid years they wrote a stack of new songs. Their shows have a reputation for selling out months ahead of time.
