About
Also known as: Yesung
Yesung built his name as the voice of Super Junior, the K pop giant he debuted with in 2005, but he's never been content to stay in one lane. He's a founding member of the ballad trio Super Junior K.R.Y. and also took part in Super Junior H, and he's been singing for TV drama and film soundtracks for years. Songs like "Love Really Hurts" for the drama Tazza and "It Has to be You" for Cinderella's Sister gave him a name as a ballad singer, and his first solo stage on Music Bank in 2010 hit No. 3 on the show's chart. He's also a tenor who has spent time on musical theatre stages, playing the villain in Namhansanseong and taking the title role in Hong Gil Dong. Add radio hosting and TV presenting to the list, and you get one of the busiest all rounders in the group. His solo career officially kicked off in 2016 with the EP Here I Am.
