Few producers have bridged the gap between festival main stages and mainstream radio as cleanly as Zedd. Born Anton Zaslavski in Saratov and raised in Germany, he built his sound around a blend of electro house, progressive house and complextro that became instantly recognizable. His 2012 debut album Clarity announced him in a big way, with the title track featuring Foxes cracking the Billboard Hot 100 top 10 and winning Best Dance Recording at the Grammy Awards. The deluxe edition added "Stay the Night" with Hayley Williams, another top 20 hit. From there he kept a remarkable run going. He co wrote and produced Ariana Grande's "Break Free", which peaked at number four on the Hot 100, and his second album True Colors brought the Selena Gomez collab "I Want You to Know". "Stay" with Alessia Cara hit number seven in 2017, while "The Middle" with Maren Morris and Grey went all the way to number five. His third studio album Telos arrived in August 2024.
