About
Also known as: Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman
Zendaya has built a music career that runs parallel to her much bigger acting profile, but it holds its own. Signed to Hollywood Records, she put out her self titled debut album in 2013, and its lead single "Replay" cracked the top 40 of the US Billboard Hot 100 while racking up multi platinum certifications. She also teamed up with Zac Efron on "Rewrite the Stars" from The Greatest Showman soundtrack, a top 20 hit that went multi platinum in several countries. Before all that, she dropped "Swag It Out" and "Watch Me" in 2011, the latter a collab with Bella Thorne that charted on the Hot 100. Beyond her own releases, Zendaya has written and performed songs for the HBO series Euphoria, weaving music directly into one of her most celebrated acting projects. Her voice and songwriting have consistently shown up at points where her creative work goes deepest, making the music feel like a natural part of who she is rather than a side hustle.
