About Black Harmony
Black Harmony is a group with a sound that spans close harmony, soul and R&B on one side and the Surinamese traditions of apinti, kawina and kaseko on the other. Those two worlds don't just coexist in their work, they actively merge, with drum and voice treated as equal partners in a shared ritual energy.
