About Elmer
Performing as Elmer, Dutch artist Merel Pauw built a whole persona around a suit, a stick on moustache, and an unflinching way with a lyric. Her debut single "Je vader" drew on Miami bass and a deliberately over the top hook, and she made the whole debut EP Ekster at home on Logic Pro during the first COVID lockdown.
