Vera is a music venue in Groningen that evolved from a reformed student association into a left wing youth centre in the 1970s, hosting bands from the Netherlands and abroad. The venue became an official pop stage in 1986. The building retains the Ichthus fish symbol from its earlier incarnation as S.S.R.G., which has become part of Vera's visual identity.

He is supported by minimalist folk duo Little Mazarn and Texas singer-songwriter Carson McHone, who brings her acclaimed 'Pentimento' (Merge Records) set blending folk, country, and desert noir.
