Paard is a cultural and social venue in The Hague that opened on October 21, 1972, originally named Paard van Troje. Established as a youth center by activists with support from local government and the youth project Ruimte, it was housed in a former girls' boarding school on Prinsegracht. The venue served as a meeting place for The Hague's young people, offering support and advice alongside cultural programming and community engagement through visitor councils.
About Henge
Henge are a Manchester band who have built a cult following by committing fully to their own mythology. Performing as alien characters Zpor, Goo, Sol and Nom, they play a genre they've coined Cosmic Dross, blending rock with heavy electronic elements in a way that feels genuinely strange and genuinely fun.
