About Ida Alanen & Oene van Geel
Ida Alanen and Oene van Geel make music in the space between composition and improvisation. She plays piano, he plays viola and violin, and both work as composers as well as performers. That shared wish to blur the line between written structure and spontaneous playing is what brought them together as a duo.
