About Louisiana Heat

Louisiana Heat is a collective built around the music of New Orleans, that melting pot of funk, second line and rhythm and blues. Their repertoire draws on the funk of The Meters and The Neville Brothers, the second line sound of Dr. John and Earl King, and the uptempo R&B of Robert Parker and Huey 'Piano' Smith.
