About Naamu

Naamu is the band of bassist and composer Teun Creemers from Arnhem, and the whole idea is to let jazz rub up against musical traditions from elsewhere. Their self titled debut album from 2023 drew good reviews in Songlines and Jazzism and earned an Edison Award nomination in the Global category.
