About NOM

NOM came out of the Leningrad rock scene in the late 1980s and never really tried to fit in with it. While most bands around them played at being serious rock heroes, NOM went the other way, summing up their approach as making the dramatic parts of life idiotic and the idiotic parts dramatic.
